EVENT UPDATE

The UKBFF has taken the difficult decision to postpone all competitions until October due to the coronavirus.

We are announcing this now to give athletes as much notice as possible.

Athletes with existing two or four-year memberships can choose to freeze their membership this year if they do not compete in any UKBFF events in 2020, which means they would not lose any money.

Anyone who has taken out a membership this year, has already been informed that this will commence at the first competition they enter, whether it will be this year or next year.

This is an unprecedented situation and this has not been an easy decision. We know competitors train and diet hard for events and appreciate their support but at a time like this we have to put health first.

Gyms are closed and although the government is advising people to exercise for up to one hour a day, this is not an ideal time to try to get in contest shape.

 A decision on events from October onwards will be made in due course.
