ARNOLD CLASSIC EUROPE: HOW TO BE ON STAGE IN 2019
The Arnold Classic Europe, which took place last weekend, is Europe's biggest bodybuilding and fitness event.
More than 5,000 athletes participated in 35 sports in front of 80,000 visitors from 80 countries.
Of those 5,000 athletes, about 1,000 took part in bodybuilding, which took place on two stages over the entire three days of the event. Some 70 were from the UK.
The Saturday night pro show was watched by Arnold Schwarzenegger in front of a sell-out crows in Barcelona.
So how do you go about being on Europe's biggest stage in 2019?
The Arnold Classic Europe is sanctioned by the IFBB, which is the world's largest bodybuilding federation, with affiliated organisations in 197 countries.
The UKBFF is the UK-affiliated organisation, which means entry to the Arnold is exclusively available to UKBFF members.
The top six at the British Championships, which take place in Nottingham on October 13 and 14, automatically qualify for the Arnold.
If you haven't qualified for the British finals, or don't make the top six, the next opportunity to book a place will be at the Sugar Classic at De Montfort Hall in Leicester on November 18.

Further opportunities will be available in 2019.
